12flour tortillas or 6 pita breads, separated into two halves,
12thindeli slices of H-E-B provolone cheese,
1cupputtanesca pasta sauce,
1bell pepper, seeds removed and thin sliced,
1tomato, thin sliced,
1/2red onion, thin sliced,
1Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2Line two baking sheets with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3Place 3 tortillas or pita bread slices on each sheet pan.
4Spread each with 1 1/2 tablespoons pasta sauce.
5Place 1 slice of HEB Provolone cheese over sauce and top with 3 slices each of bell pepper, tomato and onion.
6Top the pizza-dillas with another slice of cheese and tortilla or pita bread and spray the top with non-stick cooking spray.
7Bake in oven for 5 minutes.
8Remove from oven, turn pizza-dillas over and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
9Remove from oven, let cool 5 minutes and place on cutting surface.
10Cut into wedges and serve
