Italian Grilled Vegetable Bread Pizza

1H-E-B Bakery French Bread, sliced open lengthwise,

1/2cupH-E-B Texas Twists® Peppercorn Blue Dressing or your favorite flavor,

1pkg. (8 oz.)shredded italian blend cheese,

1cupeach thin sliced H-E-B frozen Grilled Zucchini, Eggplant & Peppers,

1/4cupfresh basil, chopped,


1Heat Oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside. Place the two French bread halves on the prepared baking sheetcrust-side down.

2 Spread the bread halves with 1/4 cup Peppercorn Blue Dressing. Sprinkle each bread half with 1/2 cup of Italian blend shredded cheese and top each with 1/2 of thin sliced H-E-B Grilled Zucchini, Eggplant and Peppers. Sprinkle with the remaining shredded Italian blend cheese and the chopped basil.

3Bake the Italian Bread Pizzas on the bottom oven rack for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to turn golden. Cool for 5 minutes and slice each French bread pizza into 1-inch slices and serve.
