1bag (12 oz.)frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Fajitas,
2H-E-B Pizza Crusts (1 kit),
2Roma tomatoes, diced,
1 1/2c.prepared Alfredo sauce,
2c. (8 oz.)shredded mozzarella cheese,
1can (8 oz.)mushroom stems and pieces, drained,
1/4c.grated Parmesan cheese,
*chopped fresh basil leaves, optional,
1Heat oven to 450°F. Place two oven racks in bottom half of oven. Place crusts on baking sheets or round pizza pans. (Save sauce from kit for another use.)
2 Heat chicken in microwave according to package directions. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Dice tomatoes.
3 Spread 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce over each pizza crust. Sprinkle each with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Layer chicken, mushrooms and diced tomatoes over cheese. Top with grated Parmesan.
4 Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese bubbles and begins to brown. Rotate pizzas on oven racks halfway through baking, if necessary, to ensure even browning.
5 Let stand 5 minutes; cut into slices and serve. Sprinkle tops with fresh chopped basil, if desired.
