1(quart size)H-E-B Tough & Easy Storage Bag,
4H-E-B Natural Chicken Breasts,
1c.H-E-B Pesto Sauce, divided in half,
1box (16 oz.)H-E-B Whole Wheat Penne Pasta,
1c.H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream,
1H-E-B Chicken Bouillon Cube,
1/2c.H-E-B Shredded Parmesan Cheese,
1In a storage bag marinate chicken in half of the pesto sauce for 10 minutes.
2Meanwhile cook and drain pasta according to package instructions.
3In a sauté pan cook chicken for 15-20 minutes until juices run clear and chicken is done. Remove and keep warm.
4In the same pan, add heavy whipping cream and bouillon cube, simmer until bouillon is dissolved. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup of pesto sauce.
5Toss pasta with sauce and lay chicken breast on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
