Ingredients

1(8-ounce) packageH-E-B linguine,

1red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch match-stick strips or chopped,

1zucchini, cut into 1-inch match-stick strips or chopped,

1carrot, cut into 1-inch match-stick strips or chopped,

4green onions, chopped,

5Roma tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes,

1/4cupchopped basil,

1/2cupItalian salad dressing, regular or fat-free,

Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

2While pasta is cooking, combine pepper, zucchini, carrot, onion, tomatoes, basil and salad dressing in a large salad bowl; toss to coat.

3When pasta is cooked and drained, add to vegetable mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Toss pasta and vegetable mixture to combine
