1cupHEB heavy whipping cream (8 oz),
2cups(10 oz package) frozen petite peas,
6 to 8oz.cooked ham,
*salt and pepper, to taste,
1/4cupgrated parmesan cheese,
1Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
2While fettuccine is cooking, pour the cream and milk into a large skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then add the frozen peas, ham, salt and pepper, to taste.
3Bring mixture back to a boil, stirring constantly. As soon it begins to boil again, turn off heat and set aside.
4When fettuccine is done, drain well, then place back in the cooking pot. Add the cream sauce mixture and stir gently and constantly over medium-low heat until liquid is mostly absorbed (about 4-5 minutes). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
