4 to 6boneless, skinless chicken breast halves,
1poundfrozen mixed vegetables,
1/2cupapricot or peach H-E-B More Fruit or Jam,
1Mix oil, paprika, lemon juice and chicken, stirring gently.
2Heat a large nonstick skillet 1 minute over a medium high heat, then place chicken in skillet, cover.
3Cook 3 minutes.
4Cook Rotini according to package directions.
5Turn chicken over.
6Spoon vegetables in spaces between chicken pieces.
7Mix orange juice, cornstarch, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables.
8Spoon jam evenly over top of chicken.
9Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 7 minutes.
10Drain Rotini and pour onto serving platter.
11Place chicken on top, then pour over.
