Cheesy Shells With Tomato And Basil

Ingredients

2 cups pasta shells, uncooked,

1 to 2 cloves cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped,

2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 2 cups),

3 tbsp. sliced fresh basil,

2 cups shredded H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese,

Directions

1 Spray a 9 x 13-inch microwave safe baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

2 Cook pasta shells according to package directions.

3 Drain and return pasta to cooking pot.

4 Add garlic, tomato, basil and shredded cheese.

5 Stir to combine ingredients.

6 Evenly spread mixture in prepared baking dish and loosely cover with plastic wrap.

7 Microwave on High power for 2 minutes.

8 Stir.

9 Heat for 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted
