Ingredients

2cupspasta shells, uncooked,

1 to 2clovescloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped,

2medium tomatoes, chopped (about 2 cups),

3tbsp.sliced fresh basil,

2cupsshredded H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese,

Directions

1Spray a 9 x 13-inch microwave safe baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

2Cook pasta shells according to package directions.

3Drain and return pasta to cooking pot.

4Add garlic, tomato, basil and shredded cheese.

5Stir to combine ingredients.

6Evenly spread mixture in prepared baking dish and loosely cover with plastic wrap.

7Microwave on High power for 2 minutes.

8Stir.

9Heat for 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted
