Ingredients

4cupsdry H-E-B Bow Tie Pasta,

1Each red bell pepper, zucchini, carrot cut into 1-inch match-stick strips or chopped,

4green onions, chopped,

5Roma tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes,

1/4cupchopped basil,

1canHill Country Fare 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken or Mushroom Soup,

Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

2While pasta is cooking, combine pepper, zucchini, carrot, onion, tomatoes and basil in a large salad bowl.

3When pasta is cooked and drained, add to vegetable mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Heat Hill Country Fare 98% Fat Free Soup in a microwave-safe dish for 2 minutes on High power.

5Toss hot soup into pasta and vegetable mixture
