1poundangel hair or capellini pasta, uncooked,
3/4cuplow-sodium chicken broth,
*salt, to taste,
*freshly ground pepper, to taste,
1Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
2Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
3Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
4Add hot pasta to skillet; toss well. Add chicken broth and stir. Toss with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
