1 1/4poundsboneless Beef Shoulder Steak, cut 1/2-inch thick,
1/4cupwhole grain mustard,
4large clovesgarlic, crushed,
2teaspoonsspicy Montreal steak seasoning,
1cupcanned beef broth,
1/2cupSmucker's orange marmalade,
1Cut beef steaks into 4 portions and trim visible fat.
2Combine mustard, garlic and Montreal seasoning in a small bowl.
3Spread mixture over both sides of steaks.
4Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat.
5Sear steaks 2 minutes per side.
6While steaks cook, combine beef broth with flour.
7Stir in marmalade and vinegar; pour mixture into skillet with steaks.
8Stir to loosen bits from bottom of skillet.
9Reduce heat to Medium-Low, cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until steaks are tender.
10Remove steaks to a platter and serve sauce over steaks
