1jarRobert's Reserve Onion Blossom Horseradish Sauce,
1Heat oven to 325°F. Coat roast with Sear-N-Crust Rub over all surface areas; then sprinkle Rib, Roast and Steak Rub over top and sides.
2Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, fat-side up. Place in oven; cook beef 20 to 25 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 135°F for Medium-Rare doneness.
3Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes while temperature of beef rises another 10 degrees or so.
4Carve beef into slices as thick as you wish. Drizzle with pan drippings, if desired. Serve with Onion Blossom Sauce.
