1jar (12 oz.)World Art Foods™ Thai Ginger Peanut Sauce,


1Cut each pork strip crosswise into 1-inch cubes. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

2Heat oil in skillet over Medium-High heat. Add pork cubes; cook 6 to 8 minutes, scooping and turning frequently, until browned and crusty. Reduce heat to Medium-Low. Pour sauce over pork. Stir and scrape bottom of pan to loosen and combine any browned bits; simmer 3 to 5 more minutes or until pork is done. Stir occasionally.

3Remove skillet from heat and cover until ready to serve.
