1pkg. (20 oz.)Fresh H-E-B brats regular or beer,
1container (5 oz.)H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® chopped onion,
2cupsHill Country Fare southern hash browns,
1cupChopped hill country fare frozen fuji apple slices,
1jar (32 oz.)H-E-B Harvest Moon™ sauerkraut drained & rinsed,
1/4cupChopped fresh parsley,
1Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add the fresh Bratsausages and cook on all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes.Remove brats from skillet and place on paper towels to drain.
2Retain 1 Tablespoon sausage drippings from pan and add choppedonion. Stir-fry over medium high heat for 3 minutes or until goldenbrown. Add hash browns and apples to onions and continue cookingover medium heat for 3 more minutes. Add drained sauerkraut topotato mixture and stir-fry for one minute. Arrange sausages oversauerkraut mixture and add 1 1/2 cups WATER*. Cook over mediumheat for 10 more minutes.
3Before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley over Texas Style Beer Brats
