2poundbeef top sirloin steak, cut into 3/4 inch cubes,

1cuppicante sauce (medium),

1 1/2teaspoonlemon pepper,

1teaspoongarlic powder,

1/2teaspoonseasoned salt,

1/4cupvegetable oil (optional),


1Mix marinade ingredients together in a glass dish or sealable plastic bag. Add beef cubes and marinate for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.

2Put two beef cubes on each 4 inch wooden skewer. (Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes so they won't burn.)

3Grill over medium coals for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn occasionally.
