1poundseasoned fajita beef, chicken or pork meat, thin sliced,
1package(7 oz) Tierra Linda Vermicelli,
1can(14.5 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies,
1Heat a large skillet on high heat for 3 minutes.
2Add sliced fajita meat and stir-fry meat until all liquid is evaporated and meat is browned (about 6 minutes).
3Add cooking oil and vermicelli.
4Stir-fry until vermicelli is a light golden brown (about 2 minutes).
5Add diced tomatoes and 2 cups water; stir.
6Cover and lower heat to medium low for 10 minutes.
