1(20 oz.) canRosarita Enchilada Sauce,
1(8 oz.) pkg.H-E-B Shredded Cheddar Cheese,
1/2headIceberg Lettuce, thin sliced,
1(12 ct.) pkg.Rosarita Taco Shells,
1Combine shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of chopped onion in a large mixing bowl; set aside. Remaining sauce, cheese and onion will be used to top spicy tacos. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and heat in microwave oven on High power for 3 minutes; stir.
2Fill each taco shell with heated chicken mixture and top with shredded lettuce, onions, and cheese. Serve warm
