1package(7 oz) fideo or cut vermicelli,
1can(14.5 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies,
1package(16 oz) HEB fully cooked beef for stew,
1Heat a large skillet on high heat for 2 minutes.
2Add cooking oil and vermicelli.
3Stir-fry until vermicelli is a light golden brown (about 2 minutes).
4Add diced tomatoes, beef stew and 3/4 cup water; stir.
5Cover and lower heat to medium low for 10 minutes.
