Ingredients

4(5 ounces each)Boneless Sirloin or 1 pound London Broil,

1tablespoonH-E-B Olive Oil,

2cupsCarb Options™ Garden Style Sauce,

1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper,

1cupH-E-B Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (optional),

Directions

1Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a heavy skillet over High heat for 3 minutes. Add olive oil and steaks to hot skillet. Pan fry steaks for 4 minutes, turning once during cooking. For London Broil, pan fry for 8 minutes, turning once during cooking. Set steaks aside in a dish.

2Using the same skillet, combine the Carb Options™ Garden Style Sauce and crushed red pepper and cook over Medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add partially cooked steaks to skillet with sauce and top with shredded cheese as an option. Cover the skillet and cook steaks for 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Optionally, add sautĂ©ed crimini mushrooms.
