1(1 lb.) pkg.smoked pork chops,
1/3cup plus 2 tbsps.orange juice,
1/3cupH-E-B Apricot More Fruit,
1/3cupdiced dried apricots,
1/4cupdried cranberries or craisins,
3/4cupfinely chopped cucumber,
1/2cupchopped green onion tops,
1Combine relish ingredients in a medium bowl; toss with 2 tablespoons orange juice. Set aside to allow flavors to blend.
2Heat a large non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat 3 minutes. Brown pork chops 2 to 3 minutes per side.
3Push pork chops to one side of skillet. Add 1/3 cup orange juice and preserves to skillet; stir to blend.
4Turn chops in sauce to coat both sides. Reduce heat to Medium; simmer 3 to 5 more minutes until sauce thickens slightly and sticks to chops.
5Serve chops with Cran-Apricot Relish
