Sesame-Crusted Pork Tenderloin

1poundH-E-B Natural Pork Tenderloin,

1/2cupsoy sauce,

2clovesgarlic, chopped very finely or crushed,

1tablespoongrated fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon dry ginger,

1tablespoontoasted sesame oil,


2tablespoonsbrown sugar,

4tablespoonssesame seeds,


1Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a large sealable plastic bag. Add tenderloin and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours

2Heat oven to 400F.

3Remove pork from marinade and pat dry. Combine honey and brown sugar on a shallow plate. Roll pork to entirely coat surface and then roll in sesame seeds.

4Roast pork in a shallow pan on a rack 25 to 30 minutes until a meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 140F. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice thinly and serve
