Sage & Mustard Roasted Pork Loin

Ingredients

2 to 3lbs.boneless center cut pork loin roast,

2tsps.McCormick Rubbed Sage,

2tsps.McCormick Dry Mustard,

2tsps.each McCormick Salt and McCormick Coarse Black Pepper,

1tsp.McCormick Ground Ginger,

2tbsps.olive oil,

6clovesgarlic, crushed or minced,

Directions

1Combine dry seasonings for paste. Stir in olive oil and garlic.

2Lay pork on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, fat-side up. Rub seasoning paste over top of roast. Let stand 1 hour.

3Heat oven to 350 degrees.

4Roast pork 40 to 90 minutes, uncovered, until center of roast reaches an internal temperature of 150 degrees.

5Let stand 15 minutes before carving into 1/4-inch thick slices. Pork should have a light pink blush in center
