1poundboneless Pork Sirloin Chops, cut 3/8-inch thick,
1teaspoonCaribbean Jerk seasoning,
1(4 ounce) bagdried apples,
1tablespoonfresh-squeezed lemon juice,
1 - 1 1/2cupsTulocay's® Apple Chipotle Grilling Glaze Finishing Sauce,
1Season chops on both sides with jerk seasoning. Chop apples coarsely.
2Melt butter in a large, nonstick skillet over Medium heat. Add lemon juice and tilt skillet to coat. Add apples and cook 5 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside.
3Raise heat to Medium-High. Add pork chops and brown 2 minutes per side.
4Reduce heat to Medium-Low and pour finishing sauce into skillet with pork. Add apples back to skillet. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes; stir occasionally.
