Pan-Broiled Pork Chops With Chutney

1 1/2lbs.bone-in pork loin chops, cut 3/8-inch thick,

1tsp.McCormick Ground Thyme,

1tsp.McCormick Ground Sea Salt (in grinder),

1/2tsp.McCormick Cracked Black Pepper,

1/2tsp.McCormick Paprika,

1/2cupCrosse & Blackwell Major Grey's® Chutney,


1Combine thyme, salt, pepper and paprika in a small bowl. Press seasoning evenly into pork chops on both sides.

2Heat a large non-stick skillet 3 minutes over Medium heat. Add pork and cook (pan-broil) 2 minutes per side. Remove pork from skillet.

3Add chutney to skillet and heat briefly until warm; scrape bottom of skillet to loosen and stir in any browned bits. Spoon chutney over pork chops and serve immediately.
