Ingredients

3frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Chicken Breasts,

1medium onion,

115 ounce cangarbanzo beans,

114 1/2 ounce cangarlic-seasoned chicken broth,

114 1/2 ounce candiced tomatoes,

1/2cupraisins,

1 1/2teaspoonsground cumin,

1teaspoondried thyme leaves,

1/4teaspooncinnamon,

1cupuncooked plain couscous,

*salt and ground black pepper,

1/2cupchopped parsley,

Directions

1Heat chicken breasts in microwave according to package directions.

2Meanwhile, chop onion. Rinse and drain garbanzo beans. Combine onion, beans, broth, tomatoes, raisins and spices in a large, deep skillet. Bring to a boil over Medium-High heat.

3Stir in couscous; cover skillet and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

4Slice chicken breasts into 1/4-inch thick strips. Stir strips into couscous mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve while hot.
