Mango Ginger Chicken With Fresh Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

1 1/2 - 2poundsboneless, skinless Chicken Breasts,

1cup plus 2 tablespooFischer & Weiser® Mango Ginger Habanero Sauce,

1/2teaspoonAlessi Sea Salt,

1/2teaspoonHill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper,

4green or gold kiwis, peeled & cut,

1cupchopped yellow bell pepper (1 small),

1cupchopped strawberries (about 8),

1/2cupchopped green onion with tops (about 1/2 bunch),

1fresh jalape&241;o or Serrano pepper, chopped, seeds & stem removed,

Directions

1Place chicken in a shallow glass dish; pour 1 cup Fischer & Wieser sauce over chicken and turn to coat. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes; turn chicken occasionally. Season with salt and pepper just before grilling.

2Meanwhile, prepare salsa: peel kiwis and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices. Stack slices and cut into quarters. Combine kiwis with remaining salsa ingredients; toss with 2 tablespoons Fischer & Wieser sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside.

3Heat charcoal 30 minutes until coals are covered with a light layer of gray ash, or heat gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill chicken 5 to 7 minutes per side over Medium coals (375 degrees F grill surface temperature). Brush cooked side with additional Fischer & Wieser sauce after turning, if desired. Remove from grill when a meat thermometer inserted horizontally into the thickest part of chicken reads 160 degrees F. Serve with fruit salsa
