4boneless beef top loin, top sirloin, shoulder, or top blade steaks, cut 1 inch thick,
1large red onion, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices,
1/3cupcoarse-grain Dijon-style mustard,
1/4tablespoonhot pepper sauce,
1/8teaspooncoarse ground pepper,
1Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce and pepper to make glaze.
2Place beef steaks and onion on grill over medium coals; brush steaks and onion with glaze.
3Grill steaks 9 to 12 minutes for rare (145 degrees) to medium (160 degrees), turning once and brushing with glaze.
