Herb-Marinated Beef Steaks With Asparagus

2HEB Natural Angus Boneless or NY Strip Steaks, cut 1-inch thick,

1cupplus 1/2 cup Cookwell & Company Italian Herb & Olive Oil Marinade,

1teaspooneach Adams Reserve Sea Salt, Coarse Black Pepper and Garlic Powder,

1bunchasparagus (about 12 ounces), tough ends removed,

2 to 4ouncesfeta cheese crumbles, seasoned or flavored,


1Place steaks and 1-cup marinade in a large plastic bag. Seal bag and toss to coat; marinate steaks 30 to 60 minutes.

2Light charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.

3Break or cut tough ends from asparagus and discard. Drizzle 1/4 cup dressing over asparagus.

4Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Season steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Grill to desired doneness, according to steak package directions. Cook asparagus on grill with steaks 5 to 10 minutes or until tender; brush with remaining 1/4 cup marinade.

5Remove steaks from grill; sprinkle immediately with cheese, let stand 3 minutes and serve
