Grilled Thai Chicken Peanut Satay

1 1/2lbs.H-E-B boneless skinless chicken tenders,

1/2cupCentral Market™ Organics peanut satay sauce,

2Tbsp. each:Chopped fresh mint cilantro & basil,

*Juice of 1 lime,

1/4tsp.Central Market™ Organics crushed red pepper,

1Tbsp.Central Market™ Organics light brown sugar,

12bamboo skewers (soaked in water 20 minutes),


1Combine the chicken tenders and Satay sauce in a Zipper bag, turn over gently to coat and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2Meanwhile, combine the chopped mint, cilantro, basil, lime juice, crushed red pepper, sugar and 1/3 cup water in a small bowl and refrigerate.

3Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375F). Skewer 2 chicken tenders on each water soaked bamboo skewer and set on a foil lined dish. Grill each Satay for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 170F. Place grilled Thai Chicken Peanut Satays on a platter and drizzle with the prepared lime sauce.
