2Fresh sliced pineapple rings,
1Season both sides of turkey medallions with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2Slice peaches and nectarines in half and remove pit, then quarter.
3Grill all fruit in a large non-stick grill skillet over medium/high heat until it's nicely marked.
4Remove fruit to a bowl and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover bowl tightly to keep warm.
5In the same skillet cook turkey for 4 to 6 minutes on each side depending on thickness.
6While turkey cooks, bring apricot jam, chicken broth and teriyaki sauce to a boil in a small sauce pot until combined and slightly reduced. Remove from heat and brush over turkey. Serve with grilled fruit, steamed rice and vegetables
