Garlic And Herb Chicken Saute

1poundboneless skinless chicken, cut in strips,

1cupKC Masterpiece Garlic and Herb Marinade,

1tablespoonvegetable oil,

6cupassorted vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, onion, bell peppers) cut in bite size pieces,


1Place chicken in bowl and add 1/2 cup marinade; stir to coat.

2Marinate in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

3Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. Stir in vegetables and saute until crisp-tender, about 7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

4Brown marinated chicken in hot skillet, about 4 minutes.

5Add reserved vegetables and remaining 1/2 cup marinade to chicken and stir to combine. Heat thoroughly. Serve immediately with hot cooked rice.
