1(20 oz) packagefresh H-E-B Regular or Beer Brats,
2cupsHill Country Fare Southern Hash Browns,
1(32 oz) canGundelsheim Barrel Sauerkraut, drained & rinsed,
1cupchopped Hill Country Fare Frozen Fuji Apple Slices,
1/4cupchopped fresh parsley,
1Heat a large skillet over High heat for 3 minutes. Add the fresh brat sausages and cook on all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove brats from skillet and place on paper towels to drain.
2Retain 1 tablespoon sausage drippings from pan and add chopped onions. Stir-fry onions over Medium-High heat for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Add hash brown potatoes and apples to onions and continue cooking over medium heat for 3 more minutes. Add drained Bavarian sauerkraut to potato mixture and stir-fry for one minute. Arrange sausages over sauerkraut mixture and add 1 1/2 cup water. Cook sausages over medium heat for 10 more minutes.
3Before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley over Festive Fall Brats.
