1 1/2 to 2lbboneless Beef Texas-Style Ribs,
1cupAllegro Marinade, Hickory Smoke flavor,
*salt and pepper to taste,
1Pour marinade over beef in a gallon-sized sealable plastic bag. Seal and turn bag to coat. Refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes.
2Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash, or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.
3Grill beef 4 inches above Medium coals at 375 degrees F. 6 to 8 minutes per side.
4Season ribs with salt and pepper, if desired, and serve.
