Ingredients

1lb.Extra Lean Ground Beef (90% lean),

1/2 tsp.dried parsley flakes,

1/2teaspoondried basil,

1/2teaspoondried oregano,

4clovesgarlic, crushed,

1/4 tsp.each salt and pepper,

6eachcrackers, finely crushed,

1eachegg, beaten,

Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Line a baking sheet with foil (shiny side down).

3Combine ground beef with seasonings, crackers and egg in a large bowl until evenly mixed.

4Form into 1 1/2-inch balls using 2 tablespoons beef mixture per meatball.

5Place meatballs on baking sheet allowing 1-inch space in between for even cooking.

6Bake 20 minutes in oven on center rack.

7Meatballs will brown and will not need to be turned
