Chuckwagon Skillet Chicken

1poundchicken tenders,

*salt and pepper,

1tablespoonvegetable oil,

1 1/4teaspoonschili powder,

116 ounce packagefrozen chuckwagon corn,

115 ounce canblack beans,

1cupchunky salsa,


1Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet; add chicken and cook over high heat 3 minutes.

3Stir in chili powder and stir to combine. Remove chicken to a bowl and cover to keep warm.

4Sauté corn in same skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes.

5Return chicken to skillet; stir in black beans and salsa. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
