Chicken Caesar Burger

4pieces(5-6 ounces each) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked,

4slicesmozzarella cheese,

4kaiser rolls or hamburger buns,

1/2cupHEB Two Cheese Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing,

2tbsp.grated parmesan cheese,

1medium tomato, sliced,

1small red onion, sliced,

4leavesromaine lettuce,

1can(2 oz) flat fillet of anchovies (optional),


1Melt one slice cheese on each chicken breast.

2Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each half of roll or bun and top each with 1 teaspoon Parmesan and optional anchovies.

3To build burger, layer one chicken breast, sliced tomato, red onion and lettuce on bottom half on roll. Top with other half of roll or bun. Serve immediately.
