Ingredients

1poundlean ground beef,

1packageBetty Crocker Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger Macaroni,

1 1/3cupsmilk,

2cupshot water,

5cupsslightly crushed tortilla chips,

1 1/4cupssalsa,

2/3cupsour cream,

*sliced ripe olives, if desired,

*sliced green onions, if desired,

Directions

1Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring with heatproof spatula or spoon to break beef into small pieces. Cook until beef is brown; drain beef in colander. Return beef to skillet.

2Stir in uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, milk and hot water. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 13 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Uncover and let stand about 5 minutes or until sauce is as thick as you'd like (sauce will thicken as it stands).

3Place 1 cup tortilla chips on each of 5 dinner plates. Spoon about 1 cup beef mixture over tortilla chips on each plate. Top each with 1/4 cup salsa and about 2 tablespoons sour cream. Sprinkle with olives and onions.
