3poundsboneless pork country-style ribs,
2teaspoonsgrated orange peel,
1/2teaspoonChinese five spice,
1Combine marinade ingredients in a sealable 1-gallon plastic bag. Add pork and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours Turn bag occasionally.
2Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place a roasting rack on a foil-lined baking sheet.
3Remove meat from marinade and place on rack. Pour marinade into a 1-quart saucepan.
4Bring marinade to a boil over Medium-Low heat 3 minutes and set aside.
5Roast pork in oven 20 minutes. Remove pork from oven and baste top side; turn and baste second side. Return to oven and roast 15 minutes. Remove, baste and turn again.
6Roast 5 more minutes. Remove pork from oven when 160 degrees internal temperature. Cut into thin slices and serve while hot
