1poundboneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, cut into 1-inch cubes,
1/4teaspoonMorton & Bassett Coarse Ground Black Pepper,

1cupOni™ Moondance Marinade,
1red bell pepper,
8sliced green onions, white & green parts separated,
3/4cupraw cashews, toasted,
1In a medium bowl, toss chicken with cornstarch until chicken is coated. Then season with pepper.
2In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over Medium heat. Cook the chicken, until browned, turn as needed for about 7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
3Add to skillet garlic, red bell pepper, and white parts of the onions. Cook for about 2 minutes. Return the chicken to the pan and stir ingredients together.
4Add marinade and cook, tossing until chicken is cooked through, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in green parts of the onions and cashews.
5Serve immediately over white rice, if desired.
