1/2cuprum or bourbon,
1medium garlic clove, finely chopped,
1/4teaspoonhot pepper sauce,
4beef strip loin or rib eye steaks, cut 1 inch thick,
1Mix rum with olive oil, chili powder, garlic, oregano and hot pepper sauce to make the marinade. Add steaks to marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.
2Grill steaks 4 to 6 inches from medium coals for 9 to 12 minutes, turning once.
