Asian Pork & Cabbage Stir Fry

1poundboneless Center-Cut Pork Loin Chops, cut 3/8-inch thick,

1smallonion, cut into strips,

1red bell pepper, seeds & stem removed,

2(3 ounces) cartonsH-E-B Great Catch® Asian Splash,

1tablespoonHill Country Fare Vegetable Oil,

2tablespoonsNakano Rice Vinegar,

1(8 ounce) bag3-color Cole Slaw,


1Cut onion in half; cut halves into thin strips. Cut pepper into thin strips.

2Heat a large nonstick skillet 2 minutes over Medium-High heat. Add pork and cook 1 minute per side. Pour in 1 carton (1/4 cup) Asian Splash; turn pork to coat and cook 1 more minute. Remove pork to a plate; cover to keep warm.

3Add oil to skillet; stir-fry onion and bell pepper 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp tender. Add remaining splash and vinegar; stir to blend. Add cole slaw; cook 1 minute or until slaw is wilted. Serve with pork
