1cupunsalted butter, softened,
3/4cuplight brown sugar, firmly packed,
2 1/4cupsall-purpose flour,
1 (12 oz.)packagewhite chocolate pieces,
1cuptoasted, shelled pistachios, chopped,
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease two cookie sheets.
2Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
3Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt until combined well.
5Gradually beat flour mixture into butter mixture.
6Fold white chocolate pieces and pistachios into batter and drop by rounded tablespoon onto prepared pans.
7Bake 10 minutes, or until middles are just set.
8Remove and cool on wire rack.
