1box (18.25 oz.)Spice cake mix,
1/2cupH-E-B margarine softened,
4H-E-B brown eggs,
1teaspoonH-E-B the baker scoop two fold vanilla extract,
1 1/2cupsDark corn syrup,
1/2cupPacked brown sugar,
1cupHill Country Fare chopped pecans,
1Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
2Reserve 2/3 cups cake mix and set aside. Mix remaining cake mix, margarine and 1 egg. Pat in prepared pan.
3Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
4Beat together 3 eggs, vanilla, reserved 2/3 cups cake mix, corn syrup, and brown sugar. Pour over baked cake in pan. Sprinkle pecans on top.
5Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 20 minutes. Cut into 2 x 2 inch squares. Serve with H-E-B Creamy Creations®; Vanilla Ice Cream
