2cupsH-E-B Creamy Creations® sherbet any flavor,
1poundCake sliced into two layers,
1container (8 oz.)Hill Country Fare whipped topping thawed,
1/2cupChopped hill country fare pecans,
1/2cupHill Country Fare shredded coconut,
1Place bottom layer of pound cake in a foil-lined pan the same size as the cake. Place 2 scoops of H-E-B Creamy Creations® Sherbet over the layer and spread evenly. Top with the remaining pound cake layer and press gently over the ice cream.
2Cover the cake with foil and freeze for 30 minutes or more.
3Remove frozen ice cream cake from foil lined pan and place on cake platter. Ice the cake with the thawed Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping. Sprinkle cake with chopped pecans and shredded coconut. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
