Rich Chocolate Sauce Fudge Cake

1cupHill Country Fare Baking Mix,

1/4cupHershey's Cocoa,

1(14 oz.) canHill Country Fare Sweetened Condensed Milk,

1teaspoonvanilla extract,

3/4cupHershey's Chocolate Syrup,

1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heavily spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and dust with 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour.

2Combine baking mix and cocoa in a large mixing bowl. Stir in 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk (save remaining milk), 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup (save remaining syrup) and vanilla; stir mixture with spoon until blended. Spoon the batter into the prepared baking pan; set pan aside.

3Combine remaining sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of remaining chocolate syrup and 3/4 cup water in a small bowl; stir to combine. Pour this liquid chocolate mixture over the cake batter; do not stir.

4Bake cake on center oven rack for 25 to 30 minutes or until the center of cake is set and sides pull away from the pan. Allow cake to cool 10 minutes. Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes and top with whipped topping.
