1bag (6 oz.)dried apricots, chopped,

1bag (3 oz.)Central Market Organics Original Popcorn,

1c.H-E-B Snax Mixed Nuts,

5Tbsp.Central Market Organics Creamy Peanut Butter,

1bag (10 oz.)Hill Country Fare Mini Marshmallows,


1Spray two 12 cup muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray or line with cupcake liners and set aside.* Prepare the popcorn according to package directions and discard the un-popped corn kernels. Mix popcorn, dried fruit and mixed nuts in a large bowl and set aside.

2Place peanut butter and marshmallows in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat marshmallow mixture on High power for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Carefully remove bowl from microwave and stir marshmallow mixture until smooth.

3Immediately, add the popcorn mixture to the marshmallow mixture; stir with spoon to coat.

4Spoon the marshmallow-popcorn mixture into prepared muffin pan and press with the back of the spoon.

5Cool completely before serving. * Spray spoon and hands with non-stick cooking spray for ease of preparation.
