1(14.5 oz.) canHill Country Fare Solid Pack Pumpkin,
1Combine softened cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bow. Mix with an electric mixer on high speed for 3 minutes or until mixture is smooth and creamy.
2Stir in the thawed whipped topping using a large spoon until the mixture is a pumpkin-gold color. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared piecrust. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more until the pie is firm. Always refrigerate leftover cheesecake.
