Ingredients

1cuppancake mix,

1can(14.5 oz) HCF evaporated milk,

3cupsdrained canned fruit (peaches, pineapple or apple),

1/2cupchopped pecans (optional),

1/4cupsugar,

Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

3Combine pancake mix and HCF evaporated milk in a small mixing bowl; stir well.

4Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

5Arrange drained canned fruit over batter.

6Evenly sprinkle fruit wit pecans and sugar.

7Bake on the middle oven rack for 30 minutes.

8Let cobbler cool for 10 minutes before serving
