Mexican Chocolate Apple Cake

1(18.25 oz) boxHill Country Fare White Cake Mix,

3egg whites,

1/2cupH-E-B Crema Fresca or heavy whipping cream,

1cupHill Country Fare Applesauce,

4(2.6 oz) squaresNestle Abuelita Chocolate Tablets, coarsely chopped,

1canHill Country Fare Sweetened Condensed Milk,


1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heavily spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray or grease with softened margarine and dust with 2 tablespoons flour; shake out excess.

2Combine cake mix, egg whites, cream, applesauce and 1/2 cup water in a large mixing bowl. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed with an electric mixer. Stir in chopped chocolate. Pour cake batter into prepared bundt cake pan and bake for 45 minutes or until cake is done. Let cake cool completely in pan on cake rack.

3Remove cake from pan and place on cake plate. Drizzle cake with sweetened condensed milk
