6tablespoonfresh lime juice,
2tablespoonfresh lemon juice,
1In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil and cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
2Remove from heat, pour into ice cube trays or a sheet pan and chill for 1 1/2 hours Peel mangoes and cut into large chunks.
3Blend in food processor until smooth.
4Combine chilled sugar syrup, mango puree, lime juice and lemon juice in food processor until smooth and light.
5Pack in a plastic freezer container or pour into ice cube trays and return to freezer for 3 to 4 hours or until frozen.
