1 1/4 cup water,
3/4 cup sugar,
2 to 3 mangoes,
6 tablespoon fresh lime juice,
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice,
1 In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil and cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
2 Remove from heat, pour into ice cube trays or a sheet pan and chill for 1 1/2 hours Peel mangoes and cut into large chunks.
3 Blend in food processor until smooth.
4 Combine chilled sugar syrup, mango puree, lime juice and lemon juice in food processor until smooth and light.
5 Pack in a plastic freezer container or pour into ice cube trays and return to freezer for 3 to 4 hours or until frozen.
